The time is right for an independent comedy club owned by comedians, who understand and love comedians. We want to ensure that anyone seeking to do comedy in Des Moines has a stage, microphone, and audience to perfect their craft. That’s why Teehee’s Comedy Club is Iowa’s premier independent comedy venue.

OUR VENUE

A Southern Speakeasy in the Heart of DSM

Located in the heart of downtown Des Moines, the club is perfectly situated amongst the city's top restaurants and night life in the blossoming new arts district. Formerly the thrift store Found Goods, the building has been completely overhauled from top to bottom to create a beautiful, intimate comedy club in the spirit of a southern speakeasy.

Teehee’s is an exquisite 100 person capacity venue located at the corner of 15th Street and Walnut in heart of downtown Des Moines. Complete with full bar, superior audio visual capabilities, and a space with character and style unlike any other in the city.
